Refund Policy
Cancellation of Membership. Termination of Contract.
A member can cancel their membership unilaterally at any time, and the contract will end at the conclusion of the minimum period assumed by the chosen subscription type. Not using the purchased subscription for reasons beyond the member's control will not be considered a membership cancellation. Membership cancellation must be done in writing at [email protected].
Cancellation does not obligate 210Kineto Online Clinic to refund payments for subscription months already paid before the cancellation date.
For discounted contracts, members commit to a minimum engagement period. This long-term commitment is the basis for discounts offered by 210Kineto Online Clinic, as it ensures members remain active for the contracted duration.
For annual or discounted subscriptions paid monthly on a recurring basis, if a member cancels before the end of the contracted period, they must pay the difference between the discounted and standard monthly rates for each month they used 210Kineto services. The total amount due will be calculated using the standard monthly rate, excluding the discount, for the months used.
If 210Kineto cannot operate due to external causes (e.g., suspension of sports activities for national safety reasons like pandemics, strikes, or crises), members may request a subscription freeze. When activities resume, the frozen period will be added to the subscription duration. In this case, members are not entitled to a refund but only to an extension of the subscription.
If the member fails to adhere to the minimum contractual period or the resources allocated for account management and termination of the member's account, the member will bear a cost of 100 RON for personnel, technical maintenance, account closure, verification, legal costs, bank fees, and accounting costs. This amount and any additional sums due will be deducted from the refundable amount or must be paid directly by the member.
Non-Refundable Subscriptions
Pre-paid subscriptions paid in full for fixed contractual periods (e.g., 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, Black Friday offers, Christmas offers, subscriptions with free added months) are non-refundable. Members acknowledge and accept that they are fully informed of the conditions and take full responsibility for their purchase.
Instead of a refund, members may transfer the subscription to another designated person or freeze the subscription until they can resume using it.
Members with active recurring subscriptions will not be refunded if they forget about their active renewal and do not use the subscription.
Suspension and Termination by 210Kineto
In case of non-compliance with the Membership Contract or clinic policies, 210Kineto may temporarily suspend subscriptions for 3 to 30 days or terminate the contract entirely. Members will be informed in advance.
Complaints
Any complaints must be submitted in writing to [email protected], including the complainant's full name, contact details, event description, and any relevant information. Complaints will be resolved within 30 days.
